The workshop will consist of an educational portion regarding the most recent neuroscience our three brains (head, heart, and gut), the alignment/ connection of all three, and how this information enhances our understanding and practice of Yoga. We will also cover Yoga as a tool for healing through trauma and building our resiliency. Throughout the presentation we will do hands on experiences with this science, and incorporate it with Yoga postures and flow.
We will supply mats for those who need them. Fitness attire is welcome but come as you are, even if that’s in uniform! There will be light snacks and there are water fountains and restrooms right outside the classroom space.
